I am an advocate for, and practitioner of evolutionary impulse and wild awareness, and I am ravenous about exploration and thrive on curiosity.

I draw from a wealth of multi-dimensional life experiences that include long-term sobriety, shamanism, behavioral/depth psychology, Shadow work, and energy medicine, among others.

I believe that strength is in the ability to be in the question, not the answer. I aspire to being in service to the bigger perspective and when not found painting and writing in my sanctuary, I can be found enjoying nature, wandering, and women's communities.
